5⃣ Part 9 of the draft bill on judicial review should be removed and the current provisions reinstated (sections 50, 50A and 50B) because they’re actually working well. The new JR provisions are unjustified, far too onerous, and will just lead to more litigation, delay and costs.

@irish_organic @VillageMagIRE I couldn't speak for most NGOs, but speaking strictly for myself - absolutely not. The only solution is a radical grassroots peoples' movement, which can force the political classes hands, rather than look to them for salvation.
