میرے سینٹ کے کاغذات روکنے کے لئے ایک کے بعد ایک جھوٹےاور ناجائز بہانے بنائے گئے ۔جب کچھ نہ بنا تو بات attestation ٹھیک نہ ہونے تک آگئ۔

یہ بات واضح کرنا چاہتا ہوں کہ میرے کاغذات قانونی طور پر مکمل اور مستند ہیں، اور میرے وکیل @salmanAraja پراعتماد ہیں کہ Division Benchمیں ہم یہ کیس جیت جائیں گے ۔
لیکن ایسا کرنے کے لئے مجھے اپنے ساتھیوں علامہ ناصر عباس اور حامد خان کی نوٹیفکیشن کو چیلنج کرنا پڑے گا جو میرا ضمیر اجازت نہیں دیتا۔ کیونکہ ممکن ہے کہ میرے اس اقدام سے پارٹی اور ساتھیوں کو نقصان اٹھانا پڑے۔

اس لئے میں نے اس نوٹیفکیشن کو چیلنج نہ کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے ۔

پارٹی کے لیے میری جدوجہد دہائیوں پرانی ہے،اور ہر دور میں پارٹی کا مفاد میرےذاتی مفاد سے بالاتر رہا ہے ۔آزادی کے سفر میں یہ قیمت ادا کرنے پر مجھے خوشی ہے۔ سچ تو یہ ہے کہ مجھے فخر ہے کہ عمران خان کے ایک سپاہی کا راستہ روکنے کے لئے جس حد تک گر کر ہر حربہ اپنایا گیا ۔

یہ سینیٹ کی سیٹ ہو یا کوئی بھی سیٹ میرے اور میرے ساتھیوں کے لئے کچھ حیثیت نہیں رکھتی،اگر کسی طرح بھی اپنے پیارے وطن اور اپنی پارٹی کو اس بدترین غلامی سے نکال سکوں تو ہر عہدہ اور سیٹ قربان ہے۔

میری طرف سے میری جگہ منتخب ہونے والے علامہ ناصر عباس صاحب کو بہت مبارک ہو، جس طرح وہ مشکل ترین حالات میں بھی نڈر طریقے سے عمران خان کے ساتھ ڈٹے رہے میں انکو اس جرات پر سلام پیش کرتا ہوں۔
مجھے یقین ہے کہ جو ذمہ داری انکو سونپی گئی ہے وہ بہت احسن طریقے سے نبھائیں گئے۔
