Went into the @O2 store and they had to replace my eSIM. They said LOTS of customers had been in today with the same issue! They’re obviously STILL denying there’s an outage on here 🙄🤬 I will be logging a complaint, here are the details if you want to too…

@MailOnline@O2 network denying that UK customers are experiencing problems with their eSIM today! No service for so many! One glance on here will show you it’s a nationwide problem. No official statement, apology or solution!
@CatalinaPerez_@MrLanMan87@O2 Gone through the whole rigamarole and all I’ve been given is generic replies. Seems like eSIM customers are impacted. @O2 are denying it and offering zero solutions.
@AdCarleton@O2 They won’t help! I’ve just gone through their whole “game” with them and @O2 were unable to offer any solutions. Absolutely shocking “customer service”.

@norrisaj @O2 Ditto and can’t even call them to report it! There’s clearly an issue and they’re just in denial and fobbing us all off! One glance on here shows something is wrong!
@O2 is your network down?! Please don’t send me the generic response asking me to try the tips in your guide. It’s been out since last night. Can see on here lots of people experiencing the same issue.
