I appreciate the interest in--but not the hyperbole about--the contemplated innovation exemption for the onchain trading of tokenized NMS stock. Keep in mind: I've always expected that it'd be limited in scope & would facilitate trading only of digital representations of the same underlying equity security that an investor could purchase in the secondary market today, not synthetics.
Rev War Tales
26 April 1777, Fredericksburg, New York (now the Ludingtonville section of the town of Kent, Putnam County, New York). On a stormy night, sixteen-year-old Sybil (Sibbell) Ludington mounted her horse, Star, and rode nearly forty miles through darkness and pouring rain. As British troops burned Danbury, Connecticut, she galloped across Putnam County, New York, pounding on doors and shouting warnings to summon her father’s scattered militia. By dawn, nearly 400 men had rallied. The next day, they joined Patriot forces under Generals Wooster and Arnold, harassing the retreating British at the Battle of Ridgefield and driving them back toward the coast. Though not documented at the time, Sybil’s ride—longer than Paul Revere’s—became a lasting symbol of Revolutionary courage and of the vital role of young women in America’s fight for independence. #RevWar #History #AmRev #RevWarTales

Pattern Day Trading Rule is officially toast.
@SECGov approved elimination of the PDT rule proposed by @FINRA Once it hits federal register this should become law & allow folks with <$25k to trade more than 4x in 5 days. Moving towards better margining.

A member of the Second Continental Congress, Lewis Morris was in favor of separation from Britain, but the New York Assembly was not. On July 9, 1776, New York finally agreed to support independence.
We filed this comment letter today with the @SECGov on the temporary exemptive relief request from MEMX to keep stock exchange access fees at $0.0030/share. We see no reason for the SEC to grant this request. https://t.co/i5WMHlOVx3
