Here's exactly how it works.

Every bear has up to 5 restorable categories:

🎩 Hat/Hair
👓 Eyewear
😶 Facial Features (eyes, mouth, brows, bundled as one)
👗 Clothes
🧸 Fur

Each category = 8 Stitches to restore.

Not every bear has all 5. A bare bear with just fur and a face? 16 Stitches. A fully loaded bear with hat, glasses, clothes, face, and fur? 40 Stitches.

You pick. You only pay for what you want changed.

Bear #2981 stepped through Vethara's Thread... Leopardo Furrigno, the Pizza Don, Cheeto. He now spots fierce, red ski-mask now marked with KillaPizza pride. The empire builder arrives, scowl eternal, business eternal. Ah.

Sistah Mirkah dances, the Old Stitchah weaves, and the bears of KillaBears keep becoming who they were always meant to be. Walk good-ah, Cyborg Bear. ☠️🐻🤖

Bear #2437 stepped through Vethara, and Sistah Mirkah met him where he stood. The Thread pulled taut around fur that burned with every colour at once, wild, untamed, a spectrum stitched into a fighter's hide. One yellow eye, slit like a cat's, caught the loom-light and held it. The cyborg parts hummed low, an old song waking up.

@TommyKingham brought his offerings. Dreadmaw Fangs and a Stormtide Conch: 32 Stitches spent. The Thread consumed them, and what stepped out of the dance was the same fierce fighter, but sharper. Clearer. The Primal Verse just gained an asset with night vision and teeth.
