At the last plenary of the @EuForumRJ’s Int Conf - on systemic violence and restorative justice - @sifaan made a request: Affirmative action to include, at the next conf, a marginalized group that is often systemically excluded from spaces where decisions are made about them.

@sujatagamage @UmeshMoramudali @kavindya_T For 1.59% of govt expenditure there were ~14k enrolments in 2000; by 2021 it's almost 4x enrolments (~44k) for only 1.98% of govt expenditure.
All segments of education are underfunded and all NEPF proposes to do is rob Peter to pay Paul
