I did way too much physically and all around this week. Now I’m paying for it laying here. But it had to get it done. I have been advised by my doctor to sit the fuck down for the next two weeks and focus on wellness and recovery. 😞

It was so many obstacles to get to this week. Even the morning of running a fever and just praying I could even go. I fought through those videos down to the last shot. Even while on set someone literally attempted to take that moment from me. I’ve fought to hard to let anybody have that. Just say NEVER again.

I walked on set this week and remembered who I am and my real purpose. It felt like God was saying here you go! This is what you asked for, so are you going to move forward or keep straddling with where you’re at. You can’t have both. I lifted my feet walked right to my first shot and everything was clear. “SFL”

When people tell you they want the ole you back u gotta watch out for them. They are more invested in what you were, then who you are.

No theres nothing about this album that is the same, and that has bothered me pushing me into fear. Yesterday sitting I looked around set and realized that my music is so different because K, YOU ARE A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT WOMAN. Anytime you don’t allow yourself to grow & and try to go back to the ole you. It will never work!

This week has been one of the most amazing times of my life. Imagine wanting something so bad and watching it all come to life. The most beautiful visual presentations I ever done. It always scary to step out on faith and embrace the creativity God gave you.
