@TomkynR5 Yes, I always think it’s strange when you have an MLB team who cannot pay a quality player that is consistent, hard working, one of the better hitters in the league and a fan favorite. 🤔

@TomkynR5 I think he is on contract until 2027? According to Google AI 😆 but at a bargain. Maybe the Guardians are hoping to cash in on his value for some potential prospects and while the market is in demand, especially for teams who want to make a strong post season run.
