“If you can’t be the math expert, be the math champion.” 🥇
At our Leadership Summit, Camillo Cipriano shared how principals helped drive Niagara Catholic’s success in math: by building belief, supporting teachers, and championing learning.

We wouldn’t put a pilot in a storm—so why do it to teachers?
As Pedro Noguera shared, it’s not teachers, it’s the conditions. At Knowledgehook, we’re rethinking support: real-time insights, immediate guidance, smarter next steps. Supported teachers don’t just survive—they lead.
Niagara Catholic District School Board was recognized for leading in math scores: they completed more Short Learning Cycles per teacher than any district on Knowledgehook — at system scale. Distinguished leaders gathered to hear their story as we launched a global math movement.
Our founders, @travisratnam and @LamboJ, visit @BishopMacTCDSB to connect with students and teachers using Knowledgehook to accelerate math achievement.
A big thank you to the educators and students at Bishop Macdonell for welcoming the Knowledgehook team into their classrooms yesterday!
Classroom visits reinforce our core mission: shifting math education toward the power of Short Learning Cycles.
We are excited to release another feature informed by great Educator feedback. You can now set independent work in the student's Solve tab to be at a different grade level than that of the class! Personalizing practice just got easier. Learn more: https://t.co/X3MToOltsB

Happy Holidays from Knowledgehook.
As we wrap up 2025, I’m proud of the people behind our work and the impact they’re creating together.
This year:
• Procured by 65/72 Ontario school boards and 83 systems globally
• Adopted by 50,000+ classrooms
• 1.3B+ math questions completed by students
In surveys spanning 30,000+ students, 92% of parents say their child enjoys learning on Knowledgehook, and 76% of students report enjoying math more.
One example of what evidence-based improvement at scale can look like: Niagara Catholic DSB’s year-over-year EQAO gains, where district leaders have publicly described Knowledgehook as part of that progress.

As our reach grows, so does our responsibility — to educators, students, families, and public systems.
We don’t pursue our mission to make money; we make money to pursue our mission.
🌱 Exciting news Teachers!
Missions are now Garden Missions — a new way for your class to see their progress grow together. Each completed Mission grows a fruit or veggie plant in your class garden 🍓. The more Missions finished, the more the garden (and rewards) flourish! 🌿
❄️ Winter is here with Knowledgehook's Zo-gears!
Cute and cool costumes for this festive time of year are now available. Students can get them by using Coins they earn from answering questions, from now until January 1st. ⛄
Knowledgehook just became an even more powerful tool!
With our upgraded Measure Growth Reporting feature, teachers can now measure student growth multiple times using comparable questions, and generate even more reports to help track student progress across multiple checkpoints.
Hi teachers,
Today’s Cloudflare outage caused brief internet issues that may have affected some Knowledgehook users. Everything is now fully resolved and no action is needed. Thanks for your patience. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Keep up the awesome work, math champions! 💪🧠
Today we began working with @knowledgehook to review some #dataliteracy concepts such as primary and secondary data and qualitative versus quantitative data. We consolidated our work on creating effective surveys and co-created a survey to use with our school population. #dpmath
📢 Launched: Additional EQAO practice questions based on the 2023 and 2024 assessments in grade 3, 6 and 9! Assign comparable versions of these EQAO questions, which are designed to let students practice without repeating the same question — great for tracking growth.
