I walked 20km over the past 10 days* to help Hope & Haven in Sudan stay open.
Could you sponsor me to reach £2k? https://t.co/iQyfoa2Nx4

Hi everyone it’s ADHD awareness month and my friends told me I need to get better at promoting my ‘Adulting with ADHD’ guide book because it’s great and I can’t be shy about it:

Everyone who has been saying they want to help Gaza and support its people needs to do more than just talk. Sharing this campaign is the bare minimum. Gaza is heading into another winter, and people are still living in tents, exposed to the rain and cold.
If you mean it when you say you stand with Gaza, prove it. Share this campaign. Help us reach people. Do something before the rain comes.

Those thugs don't deserve to be applauded for doing the absolute bare minimum when they were beating up children 2 days ago.
A 15-year-old's hand was blown off by a grenade, a 14-year-old girl was sexually assaulted, and a disabled teen in a wheelchair beaten by them.
Actually we should be concerned by the racists who are intelligent and strategic. The ones who build systems and structures to ensure that they control voting outcomes, resource distribution and laws.
The classic toothless man spitting racist abuse is a pawn.
great summary of urban design as counter insurgency (even if you don’t know french the pictures communicate what many in America know well esp in LA and nyc)
Gaza is under bombardment right now. We don’t understand what is happening here. The bombing is literally everywhere.
The aircraft are flying extremely low, making terrifying sounds that are impossible to describe.
Don’t stop talking about Gaza. Don’t let the world become numb to what is happening here.
Mental illness within Black communities and poor mental health is already shrouded in shame and hidden.
We do ourselves and each other a disservice by ignoring the signs and the stories simply because we wish to find a more acceptable (albeit terrifying) explanation.
Denying that they committed suicide is a denial of pain and mental anguish that is highly lively for three Black women who lost their mother.
It's harmful to ignore and undermine what could have led them to do that and it discourages from asking more meaningful questions.
People are going to refuse to believe this is true but even their cousin shared her thoughts in an interview and how they didn't get over their mother's own suicide.
They left their father's home years prior to live with each other.
We should accept what's clear here.
@BeautyDhlamini i do it to (try) and track other health or mood things alongside it (sleep, mood, etc) and because ADHD - i could not telly you if my last period was last week or a month ago, and every single time only realise PMS after the fact.
