No wonder @SEPTA is a disaster of accidents. A bus and accompanying Septa vehicle was in right turn ONLY lane Spring Garden to Delaware and cut across into 2 left only lanes nearly hitting my car and several others - Septa staff screamed out at us all “your fault!” Disgrace!
