“I hope I've demonstrated that you can face anything, you can face the end of your days, you can face hell with dignity. Fight, girls, and hold your heads high. Billie and Georgia, you are my heart, you are my everything. Goodnight. I love you.
Eric Dane leaves his daughters — and the world — with one final message in Famous Last Words.
I just keep thinking about how the young kid who had all the girls crushing on him when he was an ice patcher at SCI 2010 in Kingston is at the Olympics, living his lifelong dream! Congratulations @trennt22 ♥️♥️
As someone who has watched Trennt skate since he was young, this was such an incredible highlight! My heart is bursting with joy for him and Lia! Can’t wait until tomorrow!!!!
🇨🇦 Lia Pereira and Trennt Michaud just delivered a season’s best performance in their short program.
And they both just told me it’s immensely satisfying to have done this, on this grand stage, with everyone they love around them.
A special moment for this to be sure.
@Devin_Heroux Sitting at home crying my eyes out!!!!! What a magical moment ♥️ Congratulations @trennt22 and Lia, what a stellar start to your Olympic experience
A Sonnet For Us All
A poem for this year’s Armistice Day Service at the National Memorial Arboretum, created by the Arboretum’s Poet-in-Residence Arji Manuelpillai.
As we come together to remember, it feels more important than ever to reflect on the courage, compassion, and sacrifice of all those who have served in defence of our freedom.
We must cherish what they fought to protect, and let love, above all, guide us forward.
