@Kim_Conmy @chnews They should definitely adjust rules for hockey. Hockey players don’t reclass unless they had to if moving schools. They don’t tampered their recruitment because they know they had to do juniors anyways and that already adds extra years.

Reason? He was supposed to go in for 25-26 season and got bumped because of the other NCAA rule change of allowing CHL players go to college…

@AnthonyRendone @RogerFoste82882 @AKenkel61 @CollegeFBPortal College Hockey is a total different animal. Is the only Sport that has a gap (called juniors) between HS graduation and start of college. No college except really rare cases take a freshman player out of High School. Almost a mandatory path that all players have to go through.

@chnews As per this paragraph sounds like the “non retroactive” clause should be applicable for those entering this year, therefore they will still be under the 4 on 5 rule. Whether are 05,06 or 07…
