“The Short-Selling Hedge Fund Manager Walking Free After Accomplice Sits in Prison”
“..Shortly after Disruption Banking’s article ran, a tip arrived in Disruption Banking’s inbox. It read, in part:
“Left is guilty of the crimes the DOJ charged him with, but he was merely a pawn.
The bigger story (that hasn’t been told yet) is who he was working for.
For over a decade, Left has been working for Moez Kassam of Anson Funds.
Where Left made $20 million, Anson made hundreds of millions.
This is also tied into Nate Anderson of Hindenburg Research who also worked for Anson Funds.”…”
“…The WhatsApp messages attributed to Kassam in the court file speak for themselves:
“Let me cut u a big check and rest is easy.”
“We need to keep this quiet.”
“What do you think you’ve got that isn’t out that will have the most impact. I’ll short some more b4 report.”
So let’s weigh the ledger here. Left is convicted, facing a maximum of 25 years, for his $21 million in profits.
The fund the government says paid him, and which, by the arithmetic of any profit-sharing arrangement, kept the far larger share, has paid $5.58 million in regulatory penalties and admitted nothing.
Sounds a bit like an Epstein story.
People with sufficient wealth just pay their way out, no questions asked…”
(Andrew Left is set to be sentenced next month. He is not in prison)

“The secret society that most brain cancer patients never hear about…”
Nearly three years ago a prestigious cancer institute told Amanda Hollensbe her 16 year old daughter, Braelyn, had months to live.
They didn’t tell her about the long-term glioblastoma survivors.
But she found them.
And she says these survivors want “to shout their stories from the mountaintops.
They speak at conferences. They advocate for patients and they’re even testifying in front of Congress.
Why is it that newly diagnosed patients and families aren’t told about them? “

Microbots are a delivery truck. Impressive engineering, but a truck is only as good as its cargo, and for glioblastoma the cargo is the whole problem.
GBM isn't one target you can drive a drug to. A single tumor sheds tens of thousands of distinct antigens, and the cells that survive one attack are the ones that looked different from it. Precision delivery of one agent to one address is exactly the wrong tool for a moving, heterogeneous, thousand-faced target. You don't need a better truck. You need something that hunts every face at once and keeps hunting after the tumor changes.
That already exists, and it doesn't need a robot. DCVax-L takes the patient's own tumor, extracts the full lysate, and teaches their dendritic cells, the master switch of the immune system, to present hundreds of tumor targets at once. The DC then licenses the patient's own T cells to find and kill any cell wearing those markers, across the whole brain, through the blood-brain barrier the immune system already crosses, adapting as the tumor mutates. No cargo to deliver. The therapy turns the patient into the delivery system.
And consider what's going into the body. DCVax-L is built from your own cells. There is no foreign object to reject, no device to wall off, no synthetic material to clear. That is why the safety profile is what it is: mild, mostly injection-site reactions, serious events in the low single digits across thousands of doses. Now weigh that against swarms of manufactured microdevices circulating through your bloodstream and into your brain. Whatever that risk turns out to be, it isn't zero, and it hasn't been measured in humans. One approach is your own biology. The other is hardware you have to hope the body tolerates.
The result isn't theoretical. Phase 3 more than doubled long-term survival. New propensity-matched analysis says that even underestimated it. Add a TLR-3 adjuvant and the survival signal climbs further. That is on the record now, not "within the decade."
Microbots may earn a role someday, maybe carrying an adjuvant to a site, maybe as biopsy tools. Good. Build them. But "we don't have a way to hit GBM precisely" was solved by biology, not hardware. The bottleneck for the solution we already have isn't the bloodstream.
It's a regulator's desk. 900 days and counting.

“King Street Capital Management told clients it’s significantly restricting withdrawals from its main hedge fund, moving investors who want to exit to a separate vehicle that will sell off the assets over time.

💜 DCVax Long-Term Survivor Series — Part 7 💜
Tonight I want to share the story of Kat Charles from the UK.
After undergoing surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, and even participating in a clinical trial, Kat was told there was nothing more doctors could do. She and her husband Jason were told she had approximately three months to live.
Instead of accepting that prognosis, they kept searching for options.
The family ultimately raised funds to access DCVax.
Years later, Kat told the BBC that scans showed no visible tumor. Her husband Jason said:
“DCVax has done what everyone said was impossible.”
Even more remarkably, Kat later shared that she was still receiving ongoing DCVax injections every six months and was alive 11 years after her glioblastoma diagnosis.
When I was told that long-term glioblastoma survivors don’t exist, stories like Kat’s are exactly why I refused to stop looking.
Every survivor has a story.
Every family deserves hope.
And every patient deserves the chance to fight for their future.

18 year old Braelyn Hollensbe and her mom will travel back to the UK in a couple weeks to continue treatment.
@HollensbeAmanda enjoys hearing World Cup fans marvel at what Americans often take for granted, but she wonders why US politicians and Big Pharma aren’t pushing to help a small American bio-tech that may be able to save her daughter’s life… and has successfully saved others fighting glioblastoma.. like @ThomasOwenMcCa1
“….my daughter is fighting an aggressive brain tumor, and we have to travel all the way to the United Kingdom to access potentially life-saving treatment that was developed right here in the United States.
Think about that.
American scientists and doctors created this treatment yet American families have to leave the country to access this treatment.
This is not how it should work.
Patients deserve better.
American families deserve better and the FDA needs to do better”

Thank you Mitch, that is appreciated more than you know. So sorry about your mother in law, and i completely understand the hopelessness you feel watching a loved one suffer when you know there is actually a potential treatment being suppressed because of greed and manipulation.
Keep fighting the good fight. The crooks don’t like the sunlight.
