Free markets, no guns & butter, honest money & natural health freedom. Blockchain for everything (except central banks). Falcons fan Stockholm syndrome.
Every Republican now calls themselves “America First.”
When it comes to caring about certain American lives abroad, only @RandPaul can actually make that claim. @RandPaulReview https://t.co/nJ1klJn3Ju
@MarkZinno I witnessed when the Patriots players were taunting fans and flipping them birds.
When Michael Vick shot a bird at the fans.
And when Jaguars fans threw something at a Seahawks player and he went into the stands after that fan.
The robot that displaced a factory worker in 2019 made you richer. Not the factory owner. You.
This confuses people who treat jobs as the end goal of economic life rather than the means. Henry Hazlitt demolished this error in 1946 in "Economics in One Lesson." When a machine replaces ten workers on an assembly line, those ten workers represent released labor, which redirects toward production the economy couldn't afford before. The machine, meanwhile, drops the price of the manufactured good. You buy the same shirt for less. That gap between what you pay now and what you paid before is real purchasing power, a raise you received without your employer signing anything.
Let's look at televisions. A 60-inch 4K television cost around $1,500 in 2015. Today you buy comparable picture quality for under $350. Automated manufacturing drove that collapse. The factories didn't become charitable organizations; they competed for your dollars by deploying capital more efficiently, and the savings landed in your pocket.
This process terrifies politicians because the benefits disperse invisibly across millions of consumers while the displaced workers are visible, concentrated, and angry. So politicians respond by subsidizing inefficiency, taxing automation (as the EU seriously proposed in 2017), or erecting tariffs that punish you for wanting cheaper goods. Every such intervention forces you to pay more than the market price, transferring your purchasing power to a protected producer and their employees.
Free market thinkers have stressed one fact since Mises and Böhm-Bawerk formalized capital theory: rising capital intensity, meaning more and better machines per worker, is the entire mechanism behind rising real wages historically. Britain improved living standards between 1760 and 1850 by replacing hand-operated looms with machines, freeing labor to produce medicine, railways, and eventually the electricity grid.
Automation is capital accumulation made visible. You benefit from every iteration of it, provided the state leaves the price system alone to do its work.
So the US military put Ebola into airborne particles so animals could be infected by inhaling air. Vaxxed animals got hurt by inhalable Ebola worse than unvaxxed ones. Tony Fauci blows up, saying it all should have been classified to not undermine vaccine confidence.
The Federal Reserve printed roughly $4 trillion between March 2020 and early 2022, expanding its balance sheet from $4.2 trillion to over $8.9 trillion, and Jerome Powell stood in front of cameras calling the resulting price explosion "transitory."
Inflation is a tax. Every dollar created without corresponding production transfers purchasing power from savers to the first spenders. The government and its preferred financial institutions spent those fresh dollars before prices adjusted. You spent them after, at a grocery store already pricing in the damage.
By June 2022, CPI hit 9.1 percent, the highest since 1981. Rent, food, used cars, energy: all of it ran hot simultaneously. Monetary expansion redistributes wealth rather than creating it, taking from your pocket to give to whoever holds newly printed money first.
Powell's "transitory" call was deliberate. The Fed had every price signal and money supply number available. M2 grew 27 percent in 2020 alone. That expansion predicted exactly what followed.
The Fed created this inflation deliberately, financing pandemic-era federal spending that Congress could not politically tax you to fund directly. Printing was the cowardly path. You paid through purchasing power destruction rather than a visible tax line on your return, which is precisely why they preferred it.
The US government funded experiments to aerosolize the lethal Ebola virus, making it extremely easy to spread. The average Ebola disease case fatality rate is around 50%.
When I say we NEED the Risky Research Review Act, this is exactly why.

@929TheGame I'm not sure that Atlanta will beat the Saints. Green Bay is not a great team, they're having problems.
This week be a good test to see if they're a better team.
They have to beat the Saints with the OL and DL to win.
@LPNational Protecting your liberty and freedoms should be selfish. That is the primary motivator for anyone with self worth.
The state can only try to make people demoralized by manipulating their minds into thinking self worth is irrelevant.
