A welcome decision for the farmers of Telangana.

The Union Government has increased Telangana’s Rabi paddy procurement estimate from 35 lakh metric tonnes to 43 lakh metric tonnes, ensuring that more farmers receive assured procurement for their produce. The Centre has also enhanced the Minimum Support Price (MSP) for common paddy to ₹2,441 per quintal, strengthening income security for our farming community.

This reflects the Government of India’s continued commitment to the welfare of farmers and to ensuring remunerative prices for agricultural produce. The enhanced procurement target and higher MSP will provide significant relief and confidence to lakhs of paddy-growing farmers across Telangana.

Ahead of the Monsoon Session of Parliament, interacted with journalists from Vikarabad, Dharur and Kotpally over a cup of tea.

We had a discussion on various local issues, development needs and the challenges faced by people at the grassroots level.

Through their constant interaction with people, they often have a deep understanding of ground realities and issues that may not always come to the attention of political leaders.

Indian Railways is transforming under the leadership of PM Shri.@narendramodi ji.

Railway allocation for Telangana increased from ₹886 crore (for undivided Andhra Pradesh & Telangana before BJP came into power) to ₹5,454 crore under the leadership of Narendra Modi ji.

1,137 railway stations are being modernized under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme.

Hyderabad is emerging as a major railway hub with better connectivity to Pune, Chennai, Bengaluru and Amaravati, with future high-speed bullet trains.

On technology side, India is now exporting railway bogies and electrical systems to countries like the USA.

Today, PM Modi ji inaugurated India's first Hydrogen Train, a landmark step towards green and sustainable mobility.
