As long as people are playing golf in Kenya, more trees will be planted and a good example is Kericho Golf Club. We journey on towards the 15 billion mark. @BascoPaints

There is no way you will play at Kericho Golf Club and not receive a course shower. I even feel taller. About my scorecard, let’s just say it was my first time playing in the shadows of tea plantations. I promise I will bring better results in Eldoret next month. @BascoPaints

Most caddies at Kericho Golf Club tell me that they had never seen George smile and laugh. He was waiting for me here by 6.15am earlier today for the eleventh round of the 2026 Duracoat Golf Masters Series. He did a fantastic job. Asante. @BascoPaints

Over 150 golfers are playing in the Kericho leg of the 2026 Duracoat Golf Masters Series. Hillary, Koech, Edmond and I took a record 1 hour to play the first nine. The early bird catches the birdie. @BascoPaints

I was honored to join the Cape Media Limited Acting CEO June Ndinya in hosting the English Premier League trophy at her office on Thursday. She is a fan of Manchester United.

Chelsea FC has won the English Premier League trophy six times: 2016-17, 2014-15, 2009-10, 2005-06, 2004-05, 1954-55. The fact that the trophy came to me, points to the Blues lifting it this season. Arsenal and Liverpool can focus on the UEFA Champions League.

World Athletics IAAF is demanding that the stadium which will host the 2029 World Athletics Championships must be full during the 10 days of competition. If it will be Kasarani Stadium, the LOC must ensure over 50,000 fans are in the facility from the first to the last day.

World Athletics President Sebastian Coe Wednesday morning held a media briefing in Nairobi. We should expect more of these visits all the way to the 2029 World Athletics Championships. You should also expect to see me more kwa ground than in studio.

At 4am on this day, one Kennedy develops cold feet ahead of a money-making venture on this 18-hole golf course. Ken and Kipya had a borne to chew, and after seeing Kipya’s tee shot on hole number 1, I understood why LCC’s Admin chickened out. @ClubLimuru

The Clergy & Friends has presented me with the opportunity to break 80, not once, not twice, but numerous times. And now I am addicted to 80. Migaa GC, Asante sana for your great hospitality on Monday and for also making me loose 5kgs. Asante also to JC, & Kipya. @migaagolfclub
