@tock Had a chance to dine there last week and it was incredible. So dialed in, hard to believe they’ve only been opened 4 weeks. Incredible food, great service team, really fun wine list.
@ChefChrisYoung Not that I have ever seen Chris, but I could be mistaken. Not sure if that has to do with a lack of ubame oak/suitable replacement or just because no one has done it. Again, someone could be making it but I haven’t come across yet. Send me some when you make it!
