🥤 1️⃣ WARM UP
↳ Find the 20 buyers you're going after this week.

Write the names, the companies, and 1 specific thing you noticed about each one.

If the list takes more than 60 minutes, the buyer is still too vague.

🏋️ 2️⃣ HEAVY SET
↳ Ship the 1 piece of real work that proves you can deliver.

Pick 1 buyer from Day 1 and build the exact thing you'd build if they'd already signed.

4 hours, max. Small and shipped beats big and waiting.

💪 3️⃣ REPS
↳ Send the 3-sentence DM to all 20 names.
What you noticed. What you'd fix. The flat price and the risk-free offer.
That's the whole message. Short gets read. Long gets buried.

🥇 4️⃣ MAX OUT
↳ Get on the calls and close the ones who replied.

Open with the price, restate the risk-free offer, ask for the start date.

10 minutes is a close. 45 minutes is a therapy session.

🧘 5️⃣ COOL DOWN
↳ Review the week, fix 1 thing, reset for next week.

Write the 3 numbers: DMs sent, replies back, calls booked.
Pick the weakest one and fix 1 thing about it.

1 fix a week is how the system gets sharper without breaking you.

You don't need a 40-hour week.

You need 5 days of 4 hours pointed in the right direction.

Run it.
