Hey guys, just wanted to check in with a yearly update and let you all know that therapy has been working, medication updates worked, and removing myself from twitter has been really amazing for my mental health. I didn't die and I'm streaming on Kick mostly now. ☺️

It was the reason I was sick all the time, the migraines, the mood swings, depression, etc. After fixing that I was able to see the damaging things I did and take efforts to fix them. I'm really happy with where I am now and where things are going, and yeah. That's about it.
