This time of year, I usually reflect on everything I’ve achieved in my career—and trust me, there’s plenty I’m proud of this year.

But something I rarely pat myself on the back for is the personal challenges I’ve overcome.

Taking that first step to prioritise my mental health was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made, but also one of the most important.

So as I reflect, I’m reminding myself, and anyone reading this, to celebrate all your wins, not just the ones tied to titles.
