Today, the Long Beach Island Elementary School came together to remember September 11, 2001, and to honor the lives forever impacted that day. Our students proudly sang songs as a meaningful tribute to the heroes, first responders, military members, and countless individuals.

Our Souper Bowl was a huge success! We are able to donate 312 cans of soup to the St. Francis Pantry. The generosity of our students, staff, and families is truly amazing! Also, thanks to our LBIEA who were able to donate other non-perishable items as well.

Art and Science Communicator, Jill Pelto worked virtually from Washington State with our 5th and 6th students. Students were able to learn about, and created works of art that integrate authentic scientific data. Special thanks to our Long Beach Island Elementary School PTA.
