What if one leader’s story could change the direction of a boy’s life?

Tomorrow, 2 October 2026, we record the maiden edition and first-ever episode of Legacy Men Spotlight @legacymenspot , powered by LEARNTOR Foundation.

Our first Legacy Man is Mr. Isaac Orolugbagbe, an accomplished business leader, strategist, corporate governance expert, executive educator, and former chief executive with more than four decades of leadership experience across finance, oil and gas, logistics, aviation, consulting, and executive education.

Mr. Orolugbagbe is a Senior Fellow and Academic Director of the Chief Executive Programme at Lagos Business School. His distinguished career includes leadership roles at DHL Nigeria, Shell Petroleum Development Company, Red Star Express Plc, Skyway Aviation Handling Company Plc, and CourierPlus Services Limited.

But this will not be an ordinary interview.

Our TechUP Boys will be the interviewers. 🎙️

The boys will sit with an outstanding leader, ask thoughtful questions, hear the honest story behind the achievements, and learn about his childhood, career transitions, defining decisions, challenges, leadership principles, and lessons for the next generation.

Through Legacy Men Stories, we are celebrating excellence, honouring outstanding leaders, and preserving their wisdom for the boys and young people who will lead tomorrow.
