@SLC_Repayment my balance is showing a negative number. Does this mean I've overpaid?

@Tom_Needham_ We have had our first round of this... I'm not quite convinced due to the results being skewed .. what kind of data are you getting back?
I'm really struggling to accept it as more accurate from one skill and a snapshot judgement of the pupil.

@21stEnglish Not a grade 9. I've marked for AQA for about 5 years now and this is a typical response that would get the top of clear so 20/30 seems correct to me. Needs more thoughtful analysis to get higher, very much just showing their knowledge of the character but not analysing in depth.
