@BobVanceJr @JoyceWhiteVance Your last name nonetheless is a signal to me when I see evidence of your continuing a model of ever right thing a judge should be. Thank you for your righteous service, Judge Vance.
@katieporteroc But Clarence Thomas wrote that he 'doesn't even know what diversity is'? I think most anyone knows it when they see it -- or the lack thereof. Is there a 25th Amendment for the Supreme Court please?
@tribelaw They violated a bedrock principle I learned in the first day of law school. "Wherever law ends, tyranny begins." John Locke (credit Andrew Weissmann) We are onto these lawbreakers. They were itching to take this "case" that was fabricated, not a "ripe controversy".
@SIfill_ @marceelias They're already unhealthily politicized by their lack of intellectually honest constraints. Can we simply hope that it's not past the point of no return? Those who cautiously mind the norms are at a disadvantage. I am close to despair and looking for my FDR.
@JoyceWhiteVance I live in a small semi-rural town not far from this scene. When someone leafleted one of our neighborhoods with anti-Semitic smears, local ministers wrote a collective letter to the Editor decrying the hateful act. People of good will need to stand up & speak out!
@KlasfeldReports@JoyceWhiteVance@lawcrimenews Trump should have to pay even higher damages -- like in EJ's suit for his Town Hall defaming statements! He's incorrigible and can't be punished enough! 🤬
@JoyceWhiteVance And if she is cautious and doesn't file an appealable order in the early stages, she can claim she has amended her ways and not be ordered off the case and then sabotage them at trial. The timing is tricky. I agree with you -- I think they've got the goods on her right now!
@JoyceWhiteVance He signed this document too with a sharpie?! "Must not violate any "federal, state or local law" when this guy is a rolling lawbreaker? LOL Best wishes with enforcement !
