Reflecting on my journey, I am overwhelmed by the support Iโve received. I wouldnโt be where I am without the incredibly inspiring mentors, amazing colleagues, and awesome peers who have encouraged and believed in me every step of the way. Your belief in my potential has been the foundation of this accomplishing journey.
Peter Drucker said it best: โHalf the leaders I have met donโt need to learn what to do. They need to learn what to stop.โ
For example, 'Stop winning too much." "Stop adding too much value." "Stop proving how smart you are."
Many leaders believe the next level comes from adding more. More ideas, more actions, more effort. In reality, progress often comes from letting go.
The next level of your leadership may not be waiting for something new to learn. It is hiding beneath what you are finally willing to stop.
Great leadership is not about doing more It is about doing less of what does not help.
This is not easy. Our habits are reinforced by past success. What once worked can quietly become what holds us back.
Growth comes from awareness, discipline, and the courage to change.
What is one behavior that you need to stop?
Life is good.

#KaalaiVanakkam! Boundaries are great, they are essential. And yes, easier said than done! When we live in a culture where the family or community always comes first, it's tough to maintain boundaries.
But not impossible.
We have to take that additional effort to honor and respect our loved ones while protecting our own peace.
First, realize that taking care of yourself isn't selfish, you can't show up for others if you're completely running on empty. Second, you can say no kindly by explaining that a little space helps you love them better, rather than making them feel pushed away. Lastly, don't try to change everything overnight. Take tiny, gentle steps every day so the people around you have time to adjust to the new dynamic. In the end, keeping yourself healthy is what actually makes the whole community stronger. Have a wonderful Sunday ๐๐บ
Dear professional, go after what you want. A purpose. Desire is the fuel that keeps you alive and kicking. Doubts are permitted about the self, doubts about intentions are not. Do smile when you attain what you wanted.#LifeTruths
Just sometimes all we need to do is to change the question. From say, โwhat is, to what ifโโฆsuddenly possibilities open up and the picture is brighter. The current situation need not be limiting. Matter of how we frame the question. #OfficeTruths
As a coach, always remember: it is THEIR life, not YOUR life.
Our job is not to impose our dreams, values, or ambitions onto someone else. It is easy to slip into telling others what we think they should do, because weโve lived through experiences and learned lessons along the way. But coaching is not about cloning ourselves. Itโs about helping others explore their own path with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
When you feel the urge to say, โHereโs what I would do,โ pause. Instead, ask: โWhat do you want? What choices align with your values and goals?โ The best coaches hold up a mirror, not a blueprint.
True success in coaching is measured by the authenticity and fulfillment of the person being coached - not by how closely their choices match ours.
It is their story to write. Our role is to encourage, support, and believe in them as they write it.
Life is good.

@JogulambaV Vajpayee jee a statesman, left a legacy of thoughtful personal integrity above politics, leadership, peace, and national resilience.
Indian democracy's greatest strength is that we have always put the nation above politics.
Unfortunately we have none presently of that magnanimity

tโs the willingness to launch before everything is fully controlled that leads to true entrepreneurial success. Courage, not perfection, leads the way.
Life is good. Marshall
My great friend, Soon Loo, is now teaching corporate entrepreneurship at INSEAD in Singapore.
Soon and I discussed a common leadership trap: perfectionism. In the corporate world, a rigid pursuit of perfect stifles risk and innovation.
Entrepreneurs, especially within large organizations, must confront that fear of imperfection.
Itโs the willingness to launch before everything is fully controlled that leads to true entrepreneurial success. Courage, not perfection, leads the way.

Some friends walk with you for a few pages,
some for a chapter, and a rare few stay
for the whole story.
Those are the friends for life.
Treasure them!
