Когда все, как правило, идет хорошо, ты не радуешься успеху, но боишься неудачи. А вот когда провалы - это не редкость, легче отпускаешь косяки и сильнее радуешься результату.

Вывод - чтобы счастливее жить, надо чаще косячить.

Sustainable investments may be more efficient than commercial, comparing returns on each dollar invested. But profit depends on scale rather than efficiency. Gov budget needs efficiency, but it’s toppled by bureaucracy. Heh

I often see how people who have worked in the governmental service for too long become so trained at multitasking that they lose the skill to do anything specific. Meanwhile, the labor market is demanding niche experts. Does it mean that a government career is a one-way path?
