- Bubble on the rim on one end
- Coach shoots a shot
- Must block out, get rebound then transition into 5 on 4
- Offensive rebound +5
- Turnover -5
- If you walk back to the bubble end -1
- Points on offensive end counts, 2 or 3
- Don’t Crash -1
- Play to 20, must make the free throw to secure the win.

Toughness Drill: 2 Minute Charge Drill!

We compete for 2 minutes, track how many charges we take, and keep an all-time program record. Every rep matters!

The standards:
🏀 Top defender must have both feet above the 3-point line.
🏀 Bottom defender must have both feet outside the paint.
🏀 You can earn at total of 2 points each time.

We’re building toughness, sacrifice, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to help the team win.

Just 5 minutes, but it’s a great way to get our bodies warm, build speed and agility, and get our guys locked in before we start.

A great weekend of competition for us!

Love how everybody has bought into our culture. This video shows more than just two guys diving on the floor, it shows our entire bench going crazy for their teammates. That’s what being completely bought in looks like!

We’ve also made over 103,000 shots outside of practice in the month of September, with a few days still left. The work doesn’t stop when practice does.
