This is me in the barracks in Monterey while learning Russian. Once in Germany I taught myself German and was the only linguist to ace either German or Russian and I aced both.
The painting on the left turned out to be an artist's rendition of Coeur d'Alene. Coeur means heart.
This two parter is from Wayback Machine from my time as Gloopyboy. The red highlighted posts are either me or stuff written about me. WWGD stood for What Would Gloopy Do. The message in a bottle one shows I was trying to do a ten part series defining Gloopyism, replacing religion
The lady who designed these coins was living in Coeur d'Alene when she did. I found them on the market the first day they came out. Not sure how, don't remember, but I think I was among the first to buy.
I had a photoshoot set up with four or five people to do shots, but only my daughter showed up. She was spectacular. 🙂
This is when the pendant was still upside down.
First sign I made for the stand I had downtown on "Main Street" in Coeur d'Alene. If I had that same spot today, I would make bank, but at the time I was lucky to take in $50 for an entire day, because my jewelry was still in infancy quality wise.
Designed this pendant inspired by a circuit board stencil. I was working in electronics manufacturing. I added the tiara aspect, I think it's incredibly beautiful and original.
The book that led me to LYHITM. Deepak turned out to be a complete asshole, though. When I told him on Twitter about his book leading me to LYHITM he asked me for money. Now we find out he's in the Epstein files. lol
They made a movie about Kid Cannabis. The director also directed Gina Carano, whom the son of my landlord dated, so I thought maybe that was a synchronicity connection.
