You'd be better off looking for honest analysis from Lindsey Graham than Bill Maher. The guy can be entertaining but he plays whatever role will keep him relevant.
BTW don't overanalyze Maher prostituting himself to Trump
Maher works for the same fascists at Warner who took over and corrupted CNN
I've known Bill since 1978. He was a shameless opportunist with no real principles then and he remains so
This is so he can keep his HBO show
@therlwrites@PromoteHorror Pacing is a bit off but it's watchable. Good kills, great set design, and the acting (Yes, including Paris) is solid for the genre and time it was made.
@AmericanGwyn@benaveryisgood Really enjoying this and the series (you inspired me to try Knausgaard). But torn on something in 4.1 about Llewellyn who takes the money. Surely he knows stealing from those people will bring hell down on anyone getting in their own way. I feel he kind of does sell her out.
@BigBearKentlaar Leaving the Raya thing aside (first thing I thought of tbh), this is something else for an officiating team that struggle with their workload already to watch for.
@OchoaWriter Repulsion and Cul De Sac (both 1960s, I think) are great. The Tenant is interesting though I feel the pacing is off in the second half. I like Death and the Maiden (Kingsley, Weaver, Wilson) from the mid-1990s too.
@MatthewSpira@VP Are you suggesting that him watching stuff on the news is insufficient preparation for someone styling themselves as a politician and possible future world leader?
@MichealMartinTD Can we perform a special military operation to take Trump's Doonbeg golf links, house displaced refugees in his hotel, and dig up all the putting greens? Losing a couple of square miles of property shouldn't bother him too much.
