Reta tends to feel more energetic and metabolic compared to Tirz so it can sometimes cause more fatigue. Reta hits three receptors so it not only controls appetite and blood sugar but also helps burn fat more actively which is why some people report better energy and weight loss on it.

Tirz is still very effective and often gentler on the stomach but many people who switch from Tirz to Reta notice a shift from feeling "heavy" or tired to feeling more metabolic drive and steady fat loss. In essence Reta can also cause a slightly faster heart rate or more nausea for some so starting low is key.
