Just reinforcing what we hear from college coaches summed up here. If you don't believe what he says, and you are not willing to make the required changes. Don't blame anyone but yourself when you don't have what you want. @Bdale_Football@B_DaleFBRecruit

5 attributes to be a great Team or Individual
Success is no accident. The very best learn to be intentional in their growth & preparation.
Transition Offense.
Transition habits are built in practice, a good running game doesn't just appear out of nowhere.
You have to be relentless in practicing:
▪️sprinting your rim runs
▪️getting to a sideline
▪️no backwards passes!
▪️pitching the ball ahead
Every player should do this when your HS season ends. Sit in your room. Door closed & everything turned off. Sit in front of a mirror & have a real conversation w\yourself. Ask yourself, “have I done & am I doing all I need to do to get what I want to get?” Then decide next steps
What made Rick Majerus so incredibly successful:
1-No slippage in his daily approach.
2-Constant emphasis on film, practice, and preparation.
3-Brilliant teacher of the game and knew what he wanted to teach.
4. Paragraphs in practice-phrases in game.
5-Relentless in detail.

Brad Stevens: “You got a choice - you either come in & let your circumstances control your attitude - or you let your attitude control your circumstances.”
- Attitude matters.
- Mindset Matters.
- Your choices matter.
Be a Master of Your Mind.
You don’t become mentally tough by simply reading books or watching inspirational videos. You have to apply what you learn and push yourself through difficult situations in order to truly build mental toughness.
We live in a instant gratification world - but that doesn’t mean you aren’t growing. Growth doesn’t need to be posted on the daily - it just needs to be made. What really matters is that you are prepared to weather the storm when the clouds come rolling in. Just keep working.

Confidence comes from within.
“Don’t give me the power to affect your self esteem and who you are as a person.”
“Don’t let me control whether you’re going to have a good day or not.”

Wow, this is POWERFUL!
As a player, your confidence cannot be taken away, but you can give it away.
Outside ppl cannot take away:
• How hard you’ll work.
• How good a day you’re going to have.
• What type of attitude you’re going to have.
Are you interested or committed?
Most will claim they are ‘committed’, but their actions show otherwise. You can’t sit on the fence of success. You find a way to make things happen by practicing discipline every day
Unlocking the Secrets to a Player's Peak Performance:
1. Consistency beats intensity on off days
2. Mental resilience outweighs physical strength

6 principles of a high-performance mindset:
1️⃣You’re never too good to get better.
2️⃣Do what you do on purpose, with purpose.
3️⃣Little by little, a little becomes a lot.
4️⃣Focus on the process, not the results.
 5️⃣Embrace the boredom of consistency.
 6️⃣Learn from failure.
Complaining is not a solution, IT'S A DISTRACTION!
The only thing complaining changes is your attitude and for the negative.
Shane Battier said, "I don't complain about playing time. My job is to play so well the coach can't sit me."
• It distracts you from gratitude.
• It distracts you from taking action.
• It distracts you from finding solutions.
• It distracts you from a positive mindset.
• It distracts you from growth and improvement.
Focus on what you can control.
Complaining only brings stress and negativity.
