Sugar is sugar.
Raw, refined, processed, organic: It’s all the same to your body.
Don’t @ me with ‘raw sugar has micronutrients!’ because nobody eats sugar for nutrients.
Also: the glycemic index of sugar isn’t super relevant if you’re not eating vast quantities of it by itself
@mkmswain What a disgusting article. Body shaming DiCaprio (never okay to do to anyone), judging him for who he dates, and saying he’s an embarrassment’ for those things…I see an embarrassment here, and it’s you. If someone wrote the same piece about you, would you like it?

@moonrunsunbike1 Under the NOVA classification system, homemade bread qualifies as processed, and tofu as ultra processed. I'm saying, let's be careful how we label food.
Processed food isn't the villain you think it is:
Level of processing doesn’t define food nutrient density or healthfulness
Some nourishing foods are classified as ‘processed’ and ‘ultraprocessed’ ie tofu, homemade bread
