@transmodality I found that changing my hand angle so it was in a position similar to writing, and injecting closer to the top of the thigh rather than the side made it easier. Trying to make it as natural feeling and with as little crossing as possible.
All trans people, all trans kids, deserve self determination, access to life saving gender affirming care, and to be fully embraced in all aspects of public life.
Right now, people are trying to legislate trans people out of existence. They are emboldening violence and harassment against trans kids and trans families.
Highlights of the article include: history of bacterial cancer therapies (first used in the 1800s!), bacterial delivery of cytokines and antigens, immune responses to engin bacteria, combining bacterial therapies with other immunotherapies, and the current clinical trial space!

I taught my first class today! After a summer of developing ideas it was amazing to see it all take shape. We had a great preliminary discussion asking "what is health and how can we engineer it?" I am so excited to learn from and teach my first year students!
