• “No” to keep the protocol fee inactive

- Quorum is 30.85%, reduced from 40.59% last vote.
- If quorum is met, >50% of active votes must be yes to pass.

On June 20, 2025 ZRO holders will vote:
• “Yes” to activate the LayerZero protocol fee
• “No” to keep the protocol fee inactive

If activated, a protocol fee will be imposed on every LayerZero message.

Collected protocol fees would be used to buy and burn ZRO.

Quorum has been reduced in response to the first referendum's overwhelming support in favor of "Yes."

Voting Details:
- Only circulating ZRO (109M tokens) is eligible to vote.
- Quorum is 50.40%. From there, majority wins.
- Vote with your entire ZRO balance from one chain.
- Voting ends June 27, 2025. Next referendum in 6 months.
