@THE_BANKU94@CryptoL40932203@al_varo777 They’re not the one’s to do that. That is the job of the FBI not the Ghanaian authorities. The bureau made the Ghanaian government know that he is a target of an investigation so they need him extradited to the United States so all they have to do is arrest him and hand him over.
@smallPOPE_@al_varo777 They are people of the law and in the world of law right and wrong doesn’t exist it is either against the law or not. You arrest someone doesn’t tell him his rights and you go ahead to start interrogating him. That is definitely against the books
@THE_BANKU94@al_varo777 The they read his rights to him? If they did why are they still insisting he answer them directly? Isn’t it in the right of citizens to remain silent until their lawyers are present?
@UtdMax13_ @al_varo777 The person speaking to him is a lawyer and I’m pretty much sure the he already knows all that but decided not to play by the books
@receipt_guy@al_varo777 What the Ghanaian authorities are doing is strictly not ethical. Whenever any arrest regardless of the circumstances is made they have to read out his rights which include “You have the right to remain silent. What you say can and will be used against you in the courts of law”
