I was not Charlie Kirk's audience and I disagree a lot with him. Yet, what happened is terrifying.

Despite disagreeing, Charlie was known for promoting open debates and asking ppl to come and talk to him, using reason. This I respect a lot.

Kirk was killed because some ppl wanted to silence him.

They couldn't fight in the realm of reason and ideas or think critically, so they shoot him, in the neck, silencing him forever and leaving a wife and two kids at home.

Now, I come to this platform and I see many ppl going viral while celebrating his death

It's sickening.
This makes me sick.

But there simply aren't enough people doing what he was doing: public and open dialogue/discourse

There are also not enough people publicly defending Christian values in the West these days
