It is abundantly clear that you don't care about your customers unless they are huge concerns, and that is very sad for any company nowadays. Pretty sure this isn't the "HP way" and it certainly isn't an experience that amazes #CustomerServiceFail

I understand that the initial problems with the week-late pick-up were due to @UPS but, knowing what happened with the pick-up, surely you wouldn't choose (and I quote the UPS CS here) "the slowest possible option" to send a parcel on the way back.

@ThreeUK what do we need to do to tell you about a scam? My elderly mother received texts supposedly from 3 UK saying she owed almost Β£100 (not visible on her account page) but there seems to be no way to report this on your chat. Please advise to protect other vulnerable elderly
