A 42-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of raping a 15-year-old boy in Khujwana Village, Limpopo.

The alleged incident took place two weeks ago, when the woman, who was under the influence of alcohol, summoned the teenager to her home, assaulted him sexually, and warned him not to tell anyone.

The boy later confided in his parents, prompting them to report the matter to the Ritavi Police Station, where a case was opened.

The mother of three was taken into custody on Friday and is scheduled to appear in the Ritavi Magistrate’s Court on Monday.
