We’re excited to announce that we will be taking what it means to live with migraine to over 200 train stations in England. Our posters will highlight the many different ways #MigraineHurts and impacts every aspect of an individual’s life. It’s more than ‘just a headache’.
A little thread in memoriam of someone ✨️ who oozed humanity.

@NEndoscopy@DrEilidhMaria A referral may not be accepted from OH without some limited information. Manager has a duty of care and it’s reasonable to ask. Sensitivity and compassion is expected. There are NHS managers that have this is abundance and are fantastic support to their staff. @CDDFTNHS
My new work colleague in Bolton is finishing her GP training soon, she is coming off the local VTS scheme. She told me only she and one other colleague have found jobs, the rest are jobless and are really worried about the future. That must be about 20 unemployed GPs from one scheme?
Why is this allowed to happen @VictoriaAtkins ?! Disgraceful.
@wesstreeting

@BMA_James_Steen As soon as I stopped undertaking unpaid workloads & actually took lunch breaks, whilst still working at least half a day extra unpaid each week, "senior management" starting getting rather nasty with me. That was the point at which I put in my retirement papers. Sorry!
@BMA_James_Steen For years I did a 2 consultant clinic single handed. Few years before I retired I asked myself why am I doing this ? It’s was really stressful and crap for trainees and patients. I stuck to the rules and became less “ efficient”.
Reading the article it seems that it is not as simple as the headline suggests, which is basically a repeat of Hunt 2016 nonsense. This is more complicated, but still nonsense. A thread 🧵
