Adult-use marijuana sales started ahead of schedule in Missouri, and this @Leafly explainer on where to purchase legal cannabis can help answer your questions! https://t.co/a93tDEYfPu
NEW: Approved dispensary list. Personal cultivation applications open. Safe use reminders.
Today, we approved 335 facilities to begin adult-use sales of marijuana in Missouri. This includes 207 dispensaries, 72 manufacturers and 56 cultivation facilities.
🧵
@HealthyLivingMo@LegalMo22 We are hearing of many MO licensees who have received their approvals and plan to begin selling to adult use customers in the next hours as their stores open!
UPDATE: We will begin approving facility requests for comprehensive (medical + adult-use) operations starting Feb. 3 as emergency rules go into effect. Marijuana will be available for adult-use consumers as soon as those facilities are ready to operate under their new authority.
Do you have questions regarding Amendment 3 and what that means for Missouri? Attend the Town Hall meeting on Thursday, January 26 to find out everything you need to know.
BREAKING: Adam Mace is the first person in prison in the state of Missouri to have his marijuana possession case expunged. This means he’ll be getting out of prison in a matter of days. A Cass County judge just gave the judgement a few mins ago. @KSHB41
Now that Amendment 3 has passed, how does it work?
Tune into @STLonAir at noon to hear @LegalMo22 campaign director John Payne, public defender Matt Schmidt and Lewis Rice’s attorney Brian Pezza answer that question.

How cool is this? @Leafly has put together the opinions of 11 Missourians on Amendment 3, with some sharing personal stories of moving away from alcohol and opioids, and others expressing what adult use legalization might mean for their communities. https://t.co/7nhqg3137n
Today is the day! Adult-use marijuana is now legal in Missouri! To celebrate, here's a #throwbackthursday to Election Night when Missourians passed Amendment 3. Everyone who contributed to the historic @LegalMo22 effort should feel proud of their accomplishments today. We did it!

Hundreds of thousands of Missourians are on standby to have their marijuana convictions expunged now that Missouri voters said, “Yes,” to Amendment 3 on November 8th.
This includes 33 y/o Alexander Martin who is working to become a substitute teacher. @KMOV
Join me tonight on @KMOV at 10, to hear why Martin says Amendment 3 passing on November 8th is a major game changer for him and close to 500,000 other Missourians with previous marijuana convictions. @LegalMo22
NEWS: @HealthyLivingMo published the first draft of program rules for adult use of cannabis for those ages 21 and up in Missouri.

Wild stat - 50,000 more Missourians voted on the @LegalMo22 marijuana question than on any of the other ballot questions. More voted on Amendment 3 (very bottom of the ballot) than the State Auditor’s race, which was at the top. Huge enthusiasm to legalize & expunge among voters.
To start the show on @kcur, we're joined by @LegalMo22's @jackcardetti following #Missouri voters' decision to legalize recreational marijuana.
