@CenturyLink has to have THE most incompetent, unhelpful TS department in the space. I’ve been a customer for 10 years, my service has steadily declined & they can’t seem to do a thing to help. Outside of scheduling service 2 weeks out. Genuinely NEVER recommending their service.
