EMPOWERING COMMUNITIES A MILITARY OFFICER'S JOURNEY OF IMPACT AND SERVICE
In the face of daunting challenges and a mandate to deter criminal activities, one Nigerian Navy officer stood out for his unwavering dedication to making a positive impact on the communities he served. Sub Lieutenant Lukman Ayobami AKINSANYA, the Officer-in-Charge of Naval Security Station 030 Ezetu, exemplified the true essence of civil-military cooperation (CIMIC) and demonstrated the transformative power of good deeds. His remarkable achievements in military operations and his commitment to empowering his host community have made the Nigerian Navy proud.
The officer's journey of impact began when he recognized that over 70 percent of primary and secondary school-aged children in his host community were out of school. Understanding that education is the key to preventing social vices and building a brighter future, he took it upon himself to address this critical issue. With unparalleled determination, he ensured 100% attendance in classrooms and focused on eliminating out-of-school children.
Realizing that the problem encompassed multiple factors, including community, parents, students, and teachers, Sub Lieutenant LA AKINSANYA and his team adopted a holistic approach. He personally engaged with the children, chasing them to attend classes, and enrolled some in vocational training programs such as tailoring, hairdressing, and boat engine repair. By equipping these young individuals with practical skills, he not only provided them with immediate opportunities but also laid the foundation for their future success.
Access to educational resources was another significant barrier that the personnel tirelessly addressed. Recognizing the financial burden faced by families, he rallied support and secured writing materials and uniforms for the students. Moreover, through his strategic collaboration with the P. E LEIZOU FOUNDATION, additional assistance was provided to further enhance the educational experience for these deserving children.
The achievements extended beyond the classroom. He actively engaged the community by organizing meetings with the Community Development Committee (CDC), local chiefs, and concerned parents. Through these collaborative efforts, he fostered a sense of collective responsibility and raised awareness about the dire situation. By empowering the community to take ownership of the issue,he ensured the sustainability of the positive changes he initiated.
By combining perpetual financial pressure with total information saturation, the system aims to drain our focus and keep us submissive. Reclaiming your attention, protecting your mental clarity, and refusing to be distracted is the ultimate act of defiance. #kasamasedada
It is obvious the 'Matrix' designed the system to consistently weaken us, especially those in the agile combat-age bracket. We are being targeted psychologically and mentally through a relentless loop of endless distractions, manufactured outrage, and entertainment overload. ½
Looks like someone in Washington just updated the travel schedule.
"America First" has a way of becoming "Nigeria Next."
Soon we'll probably start hearing urgent calls for "democratization," "protecting democratic values," and "supporting civil society".

I sometimes wonder whether, in today’s world, having a questionable character has become an unspoken requirement for qualifying for leadership roles; as if it serves as a badge of relevance. #kasamasedada

The monthly script is out again.
One fresh lamba to keep everyone occupied until the next vow renewal. Different faces, same strategy. While real issues wait, the timeline stays entertained. Truly, the Olodo Uprising is in full swing. #kasamasedada
Dear University of Ibadan (@UniIbadan), I hope this message meets you well. I have a relative who scored 289 in JAMB and already passed GCE Maths, English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Further Maths, etc.
I am a bit concerned, because we have struggled to find details of your cut off marks for MBBS on your website or any reliable platform. Could you make this information public please? Many thanks.
Dear Honourable Minister @DrTunjiAlausa, well done for all the excellent reforms in the last 2 years. It would be great if you are able to mandate all Universities to make their cut off marks public as done in other progressive countries. This will improve clarity and reduce corruption in the admission process. Many thanks sir! CC @NigEducation.
The word USELESS/USELESSNESS was something they made us believed we should
be proud of then in NDA (it's Metaphorical amelioration of what you know as a civilian), if the word USELESS was akin to your name; just know that you're at penultimate stage of seeing peace #kasamasedada
The war is over, the lives sacrificed for the visions of a few elites are forgotten; reduced to mere statistics and tools used to actualize someone else's dream. Ironically, the very elites who started this unnecessary conflict will now be applauded for ending it. #Kasamasedada

Not every ruler sits on a throne. Some become legends in the darkness, bearing the burden of the night so the weak and vulnerable can see another dawn. #kasamasedada
@winexviv The police seems to be at the center of everything bad in Nigeria. When will Nigeria get things right. In a country where the last hope of a common man can't be relied on. Very pathetic
I always remind my junior colleagues: ‘na mumu dey do soldier work.’ Discipline is not stupidity; there’s a thin line. Be sharp enough to know it. #Kasamasedada
