Working with @Klarna last 2 mnths on issue with my accnt where i could not make a payment (nothing to do with not having funds). They finally create request.3 days later sent to collections automatically

@PassportCan please help me understand this. When I check my passport application status online it says there was an issue. It tells me to contact you. Then when I phone in, it tells me you're not accepting phone calls relating to questions about passport statuses. I travel soon.
