Hello! i am lina 🌼
i am not new to twitter but decided to make a dedicated animal crossing account for the 3.0 update! let's be moots if you like acnh or cozy games ✨️
In this era of artificial intelligence, it is becoming urgent to distinguish human art from what machines produce. There is an ontological difference, even before an aesthetic one, between art and what a machine can generate through statistical calculation based on millions of images created by others. Algorithms lack the spark of humanity. For this reason, the Church wishes to renew an alliance with artists and cultural institutions to safeguard our humanity.
This group is my favorite in the shooting star festival because they're all the more isolated residents of mistria... hayden and valen are lonely, juniper doesn't trust people, balor is both and they form their own circle here

Travis Knight says that AI is “really antithetical to everything we stand for at LAIKA.”
“At the center of everything we do is the artist. Stop motion wears its humanity openly and AI has no humanity.”

and just making a switch 2 edition is an easy way to keep being relevant and diversifying the switch 2 catalogue. but i also don't see the point on spending money on sth i already own? i rather use that money and buy three new indie games.
honestly i dislike this new era where everything is reheated nachos. i am happy for the fans who genuinely enjoy all the announcements and they look cute. but nintendo switch 2 editions, remakes and another dlc don't really make me that excited anymore.
it's not that i don't also enjoy when my fave game gets an update or sth. but lately reheating nachos has been so in the center of every direct i feel like? i know that we live in a fast pace world, video games take a lot of time to make -
me for the past 4 years: i am sure they will announce a new animal crossing at the next direct
the direct: no animal crossing
me: i am sure they will announce a new animal crossing at the next direct
one of these days i will be right

@MayorMori i know this might be an unpopular opinion but i really don't want a new leaf remake, this would be such a big let down for me. bc while i don't have to play it, it would mean at least a couple more years until a new animal crossing that'd be for everyone
Nothing dates a technology faster than kids & teenagers deciding its time is over.
Adults are still selling Al as "the future" while the kids have already decided it's just embarrassing. And they are right.
"That's Al" is now an insult. Not wrong.
