14/01 6.50am train Ayr to Glasgow Central carriage number 38518 seat number 20 has certainly not been deep cleaned Scotrail. This is getting so out of hand 🤢🤮

@Hibernian681875 @CarolineTonkin @ScotRail @NicolaSturgeon @MathesonMichael @transcotland Hence why I clean my table as noone should put faith in this job being done for you even though Scotrail post videos making passengers aware that they clean the tables between journeys and deep clean at night. I've shown enough evidence to clarify this is not the case

@Hibernian681875 @CarolineTonkin @ScotRail @NicolaSturgeon @MathesonMichael @transcotland I'm fully aware of that fact and the amount of passengers travelling I'm not silly but this is first thing in the morning after a 'deep clean' 6.50am in the morning when no passengers on train. I'm trying to raise awareness to people as well as highlight my concerns

The tables may 'look' clean on inspection but they are not believe me. I have uploaded video of return journey to show you!!!

I can assure you this is not a standard of cleanliness fit for human purpose to travel in. Appalling and down right disgusting. My health and well being is being affected through this at the thought of what to expect each journey

This is misleading and incorrect information being provided to passengers using Scotrail trains. It is evidently clear that this promise is not happening evidence attached. I have been continually reporting my issues

@ScotRail @CarolineTonkin So shutting the gate once the horse has bolted is pointless. Deep cleans are not happening. I've sent train carriage numbers seat numbers all week and no improvement .

@ScotRail @CarolineTonkin Dean I've raised this all week - see previous posts...at this rate by end of week I'll have cleaned every carriage on your behalf. I can't sit at a table or seat prior to cleaning as the risks are extremely high due to the lack of cleanliness on the trains

@ScotRail @CarolineTonkin Angus the Scotrail video posted today regarding the cleaning between journeys requires to be taken down as the video is contradicting everything that you are saying. Now you have openly informed us that it's NOT happening and passengers are getting on at Central thinking it is..

@ScotRail @CarolineTonkin ANGUS it's not happening I'm afraid and you stated above that your colleagues cant clean every train between every single journey but the video tweeted ensures your passengers that it is happening. Both occassions at Central no cleaning has taken place as per above information
