There are no major surprises here. You can figure out where the story is going but the movie understands exactly what its audience wants.

The cargo ship location is probably the best thing about it. The limited space makes the action feel more contained and gives the chase and fight sequences some extra tension. The pacing is also handled well and keeps the movie moving.

The supporting characters are forgettable though. Nobody really leaves an impression and Annabelle Wallis deserved a more meaningful role. A stronger supporting cast could have added another layer to the story.

For Jason Statham fans, this is an easy recommendation.

𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘁: Familiar, predictable and completely aware of what kind of Statham movie it wants to be.

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝗮 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻'𝘁 𝗵𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗱 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴.

Ikka is a perfect example of how a strong cast means very little when the script and direction fail.

The writing is painfully weak and the direction makes the whole thing feel even worse. At times, I honestly felt like I was watching a B grade movie.

Sunny Deol should stop shouting especially in scenes where it was not required at all. Surprisingly, there was also very little emotion on his face which felt weird and made it difficult for me to connect with the scenes.

Akshaye Khanna, Sanjeeda and Tillotama was good but unfortunately, even they could not save the movie because of the weak script and direction.

You can easily avoid this one.

Fly Me to the Moon is an easy and refreshing watch that plays around the famous conspiracy theory surrounding the Apollo 11 mission.

The best part is that the movie never lets the mission completely take over the romance. Both sides get enough attention and the romance actually has some heart behind it rather than feeling like a forced side story.

Scarlett Johansson is fantastic and honestly, even if you're not usually a fan of hers, she deserves credit here. Channing Tatum is good too and their chemistry works nicely.

The pacing could have been tighter and the movie lacks that extra hook that would make you completely invested.

Still, it's a fun watch.
