We celebrated the Platinum Jubilee yesterday by announcing the PTFA Jubilee bunting winners and enjoying this amazing cake that was kindly donated by a member of our community!

Our Global Ambassadors led a very successful bake sale yesterday in aid of Christian Aid. They shared the difficulties that climate change is having on our planet. Altogether we raised £112.10 for Christian Aid. Thank you to everyone who supported this worthy cause! #christianaid

We learnt about Fairtrade products from John Turner in school today, he also set up a stall which many children enjoyed buying Fairtrade goods. #FairtradeFortnight2022

Our Team Captains received our signed ball, season's pass and signed shirt from our Hull FC Coach, Sam French today. We look forward to using these rewards to help boost our attendance and fund raising in school. Thank you #HullFC

We are very proud of our Y5 and 6 athletes who took part in the Hornsea Cluster Athletics Competition at Hornsea Leisure centre last Monday. The team came first and will now compete in the County competition on 15th February. A fantastic team effort! Well done everyone!

KS2 had a wonderful visit yesterday from Labrascals Planetarium show. They were able to view the solar system up close and learn more about Space.

Today our school council decorated the Christmas Tree donated by Beverley Building Society. The Beverley Minster Tree festival is open for everyone to view the 100 trees from 3rd to 12th December. The decorations look amazing and we are very proud of our children!

Our children have had a great day today raising money for Children in Need. They guessed how many spots were on the cake, decorated Pudsey bandannas, bought Pudsey biscuits and even met Pudsey bear himself! #childreninneed2021
