BREAKING NEWS: Joe diGenova has resigned from his position leading the Justice Department investigation into whether former law-enforcement and intelligence officials conspired against Donald Trump.

His sudden departure comes as the Florida-based investigation appeared to be accelerating, with new federal grand-jury subpoenas reportedly being issued. DiGenova confirmed his resignation but has not disclosed why he stepped down.

EXPOSED: The Secret Behind Trump’s $65 Billion Barrel Venezuela Deal

Americans watched something extraordinary unfold in Caracas
Energy Secretary Chris Wright stood alongside Venezuela’s interim president, Delcy Rodríguez, as Chevron, Eni, GE Vernova and other energy companies signed agreements designed to expand Venezuela’s oil production and rebuild its collapsing energy infrastructure.
Chevron committed more than $7 billion over five years, with the goal of nearly doubling its Venezuelan production to approximately 600,000 barrels per day. Eni agreed to expand into the massive Junín 5 field in the Orinoco Belt. GE Vernova entered an alliance to help repair the electrical system Venezuela’s oil industry depends upon.
Wright called it moving at “Trump speed.”
But those agreements were only one part of a much bigger story.
Days earlier, Donald Trump announced what he called “the biggest oil deal in world history”—an unprecedented arrangement giving the United States control, ownership rights and preferential access connected to approximately 65 billion barrels of Venezuelan oil.
At the center of the agreement is a private company called North American Blue Energy Partners, or NABEP.
Under the terms released by the White House:
-NABEP receives 100-year concessions over 17 Venezuelan oil fields.
-The Pentagon’s Office of Strategic Capital receives a 35% equity interest in NABEP’s corporate parent.
-The State Department receives the right to purchase 20% of NABEP’s production at production cost.
-The United States receives the first opportunity to purchase the remaining 80%.
-Washington receives veto power over board appointments, and most of the company’s board must be composed of American citizens.
-NABEP says it will raise and invest up to $100 billion in Venezuela’s oil infrastructure.
-The White House projects Venezuela could receive approximately $200 billion in taxes and royalties during the first 25 years.
Trump says this will cost American taxpayers nothing, replenish the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, push China and Russia out of Venezuela and lower gasoline prices for American families.
That is the sales pitch.
But the complete contracts have not been made public. We have not been told exactly who will provide the promised $100 billion or who stands behind every layer of NABEP’s ownership.
And this deal will not provide immediate relief at American gas stations.
Venezuela produces heavy crude that requires specialized equipment, transportation and refining. Its oil infrastructure has suffered from years of neglect, corruption, sanctions and mismanagement. Even Chevron’s publicly announced investment plan stretches through 2031.
This is a massive, expensive, long-term development project—not oil that magically appears in American gas tanks tomorrow morning.
Trump is selling a speculative future benefit as an immediate answer to rising gasoline prices while Americans are already paying the price for his expanding war with Iran.
But behind the numbers, slogans and promises of “energy dominance,” one question keeps coming up:
Who is Alejandro Betancourt—and how did he end up at the center of a 100-year agreement involving one-fifth of Venezuela’s oil reserves?
Reporters are only beginning to discover his name.

I already know him.
And Alejandro Betancourt is certainly not new to Donald Trump’s world.

Hey Rudy, tell us about the $300,000 that Pavlo Fuks paid you in 2017.

According to press reports and an FBI whistleblower disclosure to the Senate, the man who paid you was a Russian intelligence asset and Putin bag man. Within a year you were flying around Europe working with other Russian intelligence assets accusing my family of corruption. You can’t make this shit up.

Who is Fuks? The FBI assessed him as a co-opted asset of Russian intelligence who laundered money for sanctioned Russian entities. He ran propaganda for Moscow inside Ukraine, including funding a false flag operation that painted swastikas across Kharkiv so the Kremlin could tell the world Ukraine was run by Nazis.

The U.S. banned Fuks from the country over ties to Russian organized crime. Zelensky sanctioned him. He was also Trump’s would-be partner on a Trump Tower Moscow, by his own account to Bloomberg.

That man hired you. He called you his lobbyist. You called it “security consulting.” Then you flew to Kharkiv.

You took money from a Russian intelligence asset and Putin bag man and ran an operation to malign me and my father for the benefit of Trump.

Hey @RudyGiuliani, do you remember this? Your 2019 lunch with your long time fixer, Vitaly Pruss.

It was at Cipriani on 57th Street. Lev Parnas set it up and sat at the table. Pruss was your guy, fifteen years as your go-between for business in the former Soviet Union, who first paid you $100K for a speech to a Russian steel company back in 2003.

Pruss told you the FSB had gotten hold of my personal devices and that photos, texts and emails could be delivered to you from Ukraine.

You pounded the table. "We got him."

Here's the part you never mention. Pruss is the same man who arranged the Burisma board seat in the first place, through Devon Archer. I met him a handful of times. He was your associate the entire time. So, the man who helped put me on that board ended up being your fixer who showed up five years later to help you build kompromat about it.

And your team already knew a "hard drive" was coming. Lev testified Yuriy Lutsenko promised him one in February 2019. That is two months before anyone claims a laptop was dropped off at a repair shop in Delaware.

Now about Lev. On March 20, 2024, the man who sat at that table with you, who ran your errands across Ukraine and Vienna and everywhere in between for the better part of a year, who raised his right hand before the House Oversight Committee and swore to tell the truth.

Under penalty of perjury he told Congress he found "precisely zero proof of the Bidens' criminality." He told them every piece of dirt pushed about my family in Ukraine came from one source, Russia and its agents. He told them you knew it. He told them your friends in Congress knew it. He named them.

You have never been asked any of that under oath, Rudy. Lev did.

So please, sue me.
