@Fat_Electrician For me the biggest reason I see to oppose data centers is because of the massive amounts of power they draw, which will put a huge strain on the electric grid, resulting in frequent power outages especially during hot weather. And their generators will ensure they don't suffer w

I'm typically an apple hater, I'll admit it. And I do think it's being deceptively marketed as a crazy deal. However, for a select type of person, it truly is a great deal. Someone with an iPhone who needs to do school work and run light programs, like my co worker. Sure, he could get something more powerful that isn't Mac, but he genuinely does not require the extra RAM. He's at max using maybe 6gb of RAM, and thats a high estimate. I recently got the Samsung Galaxy book 5 360, and I finally understand the appeal of having to devices work seamlessly like one, even with sacrifices. So, I think it's a rare apple win, but only for the exact right person.
@emiokok This instrumental is from Childish Gambinos 2011 song Bonfire. The song was produced by Gambino and Ludwig Göransson. This isn't your song, stop lying.
@MikeNellis TPUSAs halftime show qas literally the 5th most viewed non NFL Halftime show ever. No shit the halftime show that was broadcast on the official superbowl is going to have a high viewership, the surprising thing is the volume of people who switched from the NFL broadcast to watch
@JeromeAdamsMD Spanish is not an American language. I wouldn't have any problem with the show if he spoke English. I wouldn't have liked it, as it's not my preferred genre, but don't you think the even with the most English speakers watching should have an English show?
@dongho_chang
Since I can't DM you, I will write my message as a post, hope you can respond
Dear Director Chang,
I’ve been looking into a significant logistical anomaly in Seattle’s infrastructure: the Capitol Hill Mystery Soda Machine.
There is a striking correlation between your career timeline and the machine's existence. It appeared as you were rising through the ranks of Seattle engineering, and it "went for a walk" in 2018 at the exact moment you were overseeing the renovation of that specific sidewalk at John and Broadway.
Your public support for "tactical urbanism"—like the guerrilla-installed bike lane protectors on Cherry Street—proves you value quirky, community-driven interventions over rigid permit enforcement. It seems highly improbable that the city’s top traffic engineer would allow an unpermitted, high-draw electrical unit to occupy a public right-of-way for 30 years unless that engineer was the one providing its "protection."
Sourcing outdated inventory like Hubba Bubba Soda or Crystal Pepsi is a simple matter of logistics for someone with your resourcefulness and reach. Was the Mystery Machine your ultimate "underground" project—a decades-long social experiment in neighborhood character that "retired" right along with the old infrastructure?
I look forward to your perspective on how a "ghost" asset like that stayed on the grid for so long under your watch.
Best,
Sholly Koslowitz
@brice_huntz@Parabellum2021@tyleraloevera And how exactly am I repulsive, may I ask? I'm not on any welfare, don't have kids so don't have any kids in school, I'm a volunteer first responder, a medical assistant. What makes me repulsive, exactly?
@NJcorruption1 @Parabellum2021@tyleraloevera Literally non of it are in people's house. Have you ever visited Lakewood? There's well over 100 legitimate private schools and all of them are operating at capacity
@Parabellum2021@tyleraloevera Yeah thats bullshit. Your thinking of schi, which literally is a school for children with special needs, and it's also not just for Jews. The rest of the schools are private schools and receive only the funding every other private school receives
